“I hired this house for our 50th wedding anniversary it accommodated 23 people with no problem. The kitchen had everything you could need including 3 Fridge freezers and two ovens. The games room could do with updating. We stayed for 3 nights, you can walk into Great Yarmouth from the house it takes just over 30mins. The beach is just a 5min walk from the house. It was great that they had a down stairs bedroom with disable facilities.”

“Was a good base for our family group of 15. Plenty space kitchen was well equipped 3 large fridge freezers all rooms has ensuites each room has fans. Small games room. Only fault could do with an general update looking a bit tired but we enjoyed it. Very good comms with Bex who managed the booking.”

“Communication was faultless throughout the stay. Location was great, just a short walk to the dog friendly beach and 20 minute walk to the centre. Rooms were quite basic but clean.”

“Ideal location for a large gathering. We had the whole cottage over the long weekend and it easily caters for 24 people. all the showers had hot water and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and cutlery. Dogs had a lovely time on the dog friendly beach which is a few minutes walk. Convenient Morrisons 2 minute walk. Plenty of parking on the driveway. Had a great stay.”

“This place was a very good choice for our new year stay, we thoroughly enjoy and would recommend for a large group. Kitchen was in mint condition, this was important as we cooked up a couple of meals. The bedrooms and bathroom were tidy and the living room was where we chilled and relaxed. Really nice place to stay, would definitely stay here if we come back to this area”
